By submitting your registration, you are signed-up as exhibitor for FDM travels USA Event 2020.
Cancellation fee apply if the exhibitor cancels within the following dates:
- Until October 31 2019 – no cancellation fee
- October 1 to December 31 2019 – 50% cancellation fee
- After January 1 2020 – 100% cancellation fee

The 2020 USA Event will be hosted at Dockens – the same venue as in 2019.
Opening time will be 10-16
Bus transfer from Copenhagen/Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel Copenhagen to Docken – and return.

We will be happy to receive brochures and other marketing material in advance and you will find it at your booth when you arrive at Docken if you send it to –
