    We will take care of your well-being and make sure you get food, water and coffee during the Event.

By submitting your registration, you are signed-up as exhibitor for FDM travels USA Event 2020.

Cancellation fee apply if the exhibitor cancels within the following dates:

  • Until October 31 2019 – no cancellation fee
  • October 1 to December 31 2019 – 50% cancellation fee
  • After January 1 2020 – 100% cancellation fee

Shipment of Marketing material and brochures

We will be happy to receive brochures and other marketing material in advance and you will find it at your booth when you arrive at Docken if you send it to –
