- The tour in the palace lasts 1.5 hours, but you should add 30 minutes for ticketing and security check logistics.
- After the tour you can stay in the palace until closing time.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals cannot be refunded or guaranteed access to the Palace, and rescheduling fees may apply.
- During peak times the palace can be crowded and there may be a short wait at the group entrance
- From October 26 to October 31 and from November to March the gardens close at 5:30 PM.
- The Palace gardens are free from November to March, with no tickets required.
