Please note: On Monday, November 10, VeronaCard collection is available only at the Tourism Office, room C438, Palazzo Barbieri, between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. Only one person per reservation may enter, and a valid ID is required at reception for a special pass.
On Sunday, November 16, due to a sporting event, the IAT office will be relocated to Museo Maffeiano at Piazza Bra 28, open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The VeronaCard does not include the Aerobus service.
For Juliet's House and Juliet's Balcony, it is necessary to book the access
time through the Musei Civici website.
Several museums are closed on Mondays including the Arena Amphitheatre, Juliet's House and Juliet's Balcony.
We inform you of the early closure at 3:00 PM of the Arena Amphitheater during the month of October, with last entry 30 minutes before the indicated time from Wednesday 01.10.2025 until Wednesday 08.10.2025
