If your cruise ship does not dock or tender and notice is given within that 24 hour period, our tours are non-refundable. You will be given a 50% credit to be used towards another tour at a later date and a letter for a travel insurance claim. A lot of expenses are incurred within this period for us and we have to prepay services that are non refundable such as bringing buses over from Adelaide, which is only done for cruise ship tours, catering for lunches, ferry costs, and wages. We understand that when a cruise ship does not dock, it is out of the travellers control, likewise, it is out of our control and we have NOT cancelled the tour and you will be viewed as a NO SHOW.
