Between our next two stops you'll compare on contrast the robust traditions of South American and Mexico with the elegant precision of Europe. We bet you'll try something new!
Next we'll step outside of the box and let our taste buds consider what really makes good chocolate (Spoiler alert, it's not about coming from one of 3 European countries!). And what about Seattle? What role does she play in all of this?
