- Guest under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- We have limited accessibility for guests who are handicapped. The boats are not wheelchair accessible but our exhibits are. If you are able to comfortably take a step down into our boats or have a family member help you into and out of the boat, you will be able to enjoy the boat ride. Upon check-in, please let our clerks know that you will need additional time to board the boat and we will be sure to let the captain know so you will be escorted to the front of the line and given time to get comfortable. If you are apprehensive about having to get into the boat comfortably, you can still enjoy our animal exhibits! The exhibit area is a gravel walkway. We have a wheelchair we can lend you at no cost for the exhibit area.
